Local singer/songwriter Michael David remembers that spring day fondly. He had received a phone call from a local charitable organization, asking if he would perform at their annual event at Whitman Field. Wanting to do his share, Michael quickly accepted, and began to call several of his friends, asking if they too would be interested in getting together for this event. The response was unanimous, and "Feels Like Home" was born. And what started as a one time get-together has blossomed into an ensemble of six musically diverse individuals, bound by friendship and the desire to share their love of music. The band's current lineup consists of:
"Feels Like Home", is an acoustic ensemble from Walla Walla, Washington, performing easy listening/soft-rock of the '60's & 70's, along with original tunes. Combining elements of country, blue-grass and folk, "Feels Like Home" crafts a "toe-tappin", "hand-clappin", unique musical sound, bringing smiles to both young, and "the young at heart".
